I once received my first Printerval shirt as a gift from a good friend of mine. I've been hooked every since. I have bought shirts and pillows on their website. I've never been disappointed at the price, quality and shipping speed. Just recently, I did something I never had to do before, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, I had my Printeral package stolen from my front porch; right in front of 2 cameras! I saved the footage and filed a police report. I took a chance and e-mailed Printerval in hopes to be able to replace the stolen teeshirts, two of which were a birthday present for my daughter. Susan answered me back in less than 24 hours and quickly said "I'm happy to send a replacement". I gave her a safer address to send and the shirts were sent within 3 days. I was willing to send the proof of the theft, but she didn't even need it. Susan was so kind, understanding and efficient. Printerval didn't have to replace the shirts for nothing, but they did, no questions asked. I am absolutely delighted to write this review and I will of course continue to do business with them.
